what graphics card will fit in inspiron 5348

Just want to know if is possible to put a new graphics card in my all in one. It is pretty thin

Most all in ones will not allow that, after looking at yours, it is pretty safe to say you will unfortunately be unable to change it for a better one as it appears you do not have one now, (only integrated Intel graphics). and one will not fit as it is not designed for it. sorry about that.
