What graphics card would be best for my mini itx build?

I'm currently planning a mini itx build, with my focus being great performance with as little sound as possible. Here is the build I currently have in pcpartpicker https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NVKN9W. I feel like everything I have would be great, and would be very quiet, except my graphics card. I feel like the blower card is going to be loud but the fan style is going to be suffocated by the power supply. I specifically want an EVGA 1070 (not a hybrid) but I don't know which would be best for acoustics while still having low temps. preferably a card without rgb as well, but that's the least of my concerns.

here is a list of all the models to compare and contrast with. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3047729/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1000-series-megathread-faq-resources.html#17902599

i did not see any card that was obviously better than the others. as i read reviews i noted that there was rarely a difference of 3-4 degrees between the cards aside from the FE card with it's blower style which was loud n hot everytime.

the "mini" cards out for 1070 are a few degrees hotter due to the smaller heatsink and fan set-up. so the obvious choice of a short card brings some extra heat n noise by a few degrees. but this won't be enough to bring the system down. for instance the Zotac mini was whisper quiet with default fan curve and maxed about 70...
