What Graphics Card?

I want to know what graphics card would be the best for playing ARK at medium to high settings alongside the following components.
i5-6400 CPU,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4, 2400MHz, CL14,
ASUS Z170-P Intel LGA 1151 ATX motherboard.
Also, would you recommend any power supply that isn't too expensive?

i5-6500 is worth it.
2x4GB memory kit is highly recommended.
Z170 with a locked chip isn't necessary. Drop to a B150 or H110 board to save some cash.

A decent 550W from XFX, Seasonic, Corsair AX, HX, RMi, RMx, EVGA B2, G2 (not NEX), FSP Aurum, Superflower Leadex, etc. Depending on your area of purchase. Enough for any single GPU system. Consult the PSU Tier list for more: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

GPU, cost/performance goes to the RX480. GTX1060 should be available soon as well and is a good alternative, but is getting into the 'premium' price territory.

A less expensive GPU recommendation would be the GTX950, or R9-380.
