What graphics is this laptop?

I'm trying to update the graphics manually because I think they are out of date, but I am unable to identify which version of intel hd graphics this so i would appreciate for someone to identify it for me, and give me a link to download if possible

As a backup option, you could also use the "Intel Driver Update Utility": https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant

Anything on your system Intel related, GPU, Chipset, NIC, etc... you can run that utility and it'll scan the hardware and check to see what version drivers are installed(or need to be installed) and allow you to update them through it. I've gotten lazy in the past and used it here & there.
