I am not good at computer specifications that is why I am asking you guys... I am a gamer who wants to play massive games like GTA 5, NBA2k16 & 17, Naruto Ninja Storm, WWE2k16, Call of Duty in MAX settings but my current built in graphics runs it SLOW and LAGGY even in LOWEST setting.

I have an A8 - 7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C +6G, 8.0GB RAM, AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

I need help cause I've decided to buy this week, budget is not a problem but I need to be sure if my current PC can handle what I will be buying.

Please help me.

It can be different for every game. You can tell when you have a cpu bottleneck as the GPU usage will be consistently below 90%, essentially the GPU is waiting as other parts cannot keep up.

In my personal opinion I wouldnt go higher than a GTX 950/960 nvidia, or R9 380 from AMD.

May I ask,how will I know when or on what occasion will my A8 Processor choke with a Video/Graphics card that I have or will have after buying?

I've installed RX480s in a couple of AMD Quad Core motherboards with dramatic success. Even if there's some bottlenecking your overall gaming performance will be so much better than what you are getting now.

One last thing sir, do I need a 4GB GTX 950/960, R9 380 or 2GB only?

Recommend an RX480 8GB. The 8 GB will allow the RX480 to run faster without slowing down.

I've decided to go with GTX 960 4gb... Thanks sir.
btw
Zotac Brand is a little bit cheaper than MSI and Asus.

Can I trust my money on Zotac sir?

Yep Zotac are fine.
