i want to know what gtx 1080 i should buy the founders edition or from a other brand, i really dont care what brand its from only if it doesnt look ugly

Solution
not sure about pricing yet. back then some people are quite sure that 980ti will be at least 800-900 as well because of it's similar performance to titan x. lets see if nvidia decided to ninja AMD vega or not like they did with 980ti.
a gtx 1080 is a gtx 1080, there is no difference, well almost none.

1 runs 1fps higher, 1 is 1 celcius cooler, 1 is 1 db more silent.

look for the cheapest dual fan :),

evga got a lead in customer support if you ever encounter problems.

however i never had issues with other brands like asus msi gigabyte.

If you line them all up, and try over clock you will see in the end like 1-5 fps difference. So get one that you like the most and has least negative reviews, and has best deal at the moment. If you want some headroom, in the end you can throw liquid cooler kit or if you let say buy one from EVGA you can use their hybrid cooler that sells for like 120 bucks and slap it on the card. Benefit is less speed throttle due to better cooling.

Founders editions are generally overpriced unless you really need a blower style cooler on it (exhausts the air outside the case rather in to it). MSI, ASUS, EVGA and Gigabyte are the generally the big names. EVGA seems to have a bit of a lead in better pricing, but performance is going to be pretty similar across the board. A big determining factor will be how much room your case has for the card. Some 1080's will be longer than others, Gigabyte is especially known for longer cards, so check that before you buy.
