What gtx 970 to get?

I'm building a rig and the theme is black and red. I will probably overclock in the future.
Which one is better: (Australian dollars)

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW+ ($529)
MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming ($519)
ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Strix ($509)

I am getting a MSI motherboard so would that be the better option for looks/performance. The EVGA comes with a nice backplate that will look great in my case and has more clock speed but the MSI has the right colours.

Also which one performs the best ingame and overclocking.

The EVGA FTW+ Has the highest out of the box speed out of those 3. The strix being the weakest, and the MSI being in the middle.

You can just take off the backplate on the EVGA card and spray paint it.

I would go for ASUS Strix, it has the best cooling in my opinion and is cheapest anyway.
