definitely the gigabyte one with windforce 3x - the first one looks like a reference card and will be noticeably louder and possibly worse in other ways too....

Agree I have had a SLI Gigabyte GTX 670 setup for just over a year and have been really happy with them. I would have no problem recommending Gigabyte.
