What H97 board to choose?

Basically the title says it all, I'm not gonna overclock or anything so I chose the H97 and the z97 boards are out of my budget plus I wanna use my custom painted case coz its looks cool and it only supports mATX boards. Please guys don't suggest anything outside these boards coz its really hard to find parts here in my country and and they're all freaking overpriced.
