What happen cpu when its hits 150degrees but still working

Hello, My cpu pentium 4 524 hited 150 degrees C

but it still working so i wanna ask its damaged my cpu much?

No it didn't.... it would burn a hole through the case if it did...you NEED better monitoring software...
