what happen when i do SLI ? what Consequent

Hi
I have gtx780. And when i push GTX to ultra setting in games. Its fan make noise. Also fram rate decrese.
So.. i want do sli.. tell me what all things happen when i do SLI? please
What all stuff happen after that?

Fainly... does the noise will decrese?and fram rate will increase?

fram rate will increase, noise will increase, heat will increase, more wattage will be used

Thanks ..but what i mean is. When you run game at ultra on one gpu, you will hear noise..i say :maybe when i do 2GPU maybe the work will be half to one card so..the fans are not need to boost to maximum speed... am i right ???(if the fan will dont take half work and will work hard also(like one card) ) i will dont do sli !!!
