what happened to my graphics

So I have a MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card. Its only about a month old and has been working fine during this time. I went to play cs:go today and my graphics are all messed up. Its literally like seeing double while in game. All my drivers are up to date, anyone have any other suggestions.

Does it happen in games besides cs:go?

yes somehow 3d was on but I never turned it on so not quite sure how that happened.

yes everything is working fine now.
