[SOLVED] What happened to this steam website?

My friend went over to steam website and this happen:

the page does load but has no layout.
It only happens for him though. I still access it with no problem.

it also happen in the steam app as well

Check hosts file
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

If there's a line containing store.steampowered.com , then delete the line and save the file.
Probably some malware has made changes there.
