"DELETE SYSTEM32" is a trolling scheme used by internet trolls to hoax inexperienced PC users. They claim it will make your computer faster. Us pros can tall you that all it will do is practically destroy the OS. Don't do it. That guy was an internet troll trying to hoax people. NEVER delete system32.

System32 holds every driver and any other system file that's used with older 16/32bit files. Unless your apps, shortcuts, files, programs etc are all 100% 64bit, you will bsod in a heartbeat.

And considering the OS uses 32bit stuff, you'll have to go through some serious steps to even get the ability to delete that folder, windows won't delete files in use.
