Solution

The Ryzen 5 2600 is more power efficient than your current CPU so do not need to upgrade PSU. Motherboard is compatible with the Ryzen CPU and DDR4...
Most of the time, you can put smaller motherboards in a larger form factor case - you may have noticed multiple stand-off holes in your case. Yes the Carbide Spec 03 supports m.ATX and as long as you hook it all up correctly no cables will be affected except for the Front panel connector of the case which will be different for carbide.

Cooling and airflow will also be affected, but that's something you will set up yourself.

how do you mean cooling will be affected

The bigger case will have different fans or more fans so the cooling is different.

but im keeping the same case

Ok, i am keeping my case, the corsair carbide spec 03, which supports ATX, Micro ATX. I am changing my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX Motherboard to an MSI X470 gaming plus ATX motherboard. I am upgrading my FX-6350 processor to ryzen 5 2600. I am also upgrading my 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram to 16gb ddr4 3000mhz ram.

Which PSU do you have? Do you have a graphic card?

I have a zotac gtx960 2gb and i have a 500w intergrator psu bronze 80 plus

Question from robert989j : "switching from micro atx to atx"

The Ryzen 5 2600 is more power efficient than your current CPU so do not need to upgrade PSU. Motherboard is compatible with the Ryzen CPU and DDR4. Looks good to me. You will just need to re-do your cabling since you are swapping out the mobo+cpu+ram.
