What happens if my computer gets cooled alot.

If the system has reached negative temptures or actually colder then -20c would the computer system be damaged? Or it will freeze over like ice.
What will happen if it crosses the border of the cold temptures it can handle?
While it's operating!

There is a certain temperature where a PC will just simply hard lock and refuse to operate (This is an issue when doing OC attempts with liquid N2). Aside from the other kinds of damage (condensation, physical freezing, etc)

If you're talking about taking the computer into cold climates, as long as the computer is completely disconnected form power while it is cold, the computer won't be damaged. MAKE SURE to let the computer come back up to room temperature before you turn it on; a good rule of thumb is to let it warm up for at least as long as it's been outside.

If you're talking about using refrigerants to actively cool the PC, then you're going to want to use insulating or sealing materials to make sure water doesn't condense on any conductive parts.

To add to what @quilciri said, if you have a computer that is cold and bring it into a warmer room, condensation may form. In addition to letting the computer warm up before powering it on, you want to make sure all condensation has dried first as well.
