What happens if you 'Restore Default Settings' on PS4??

Ok, I've been thinking about 'Restoring Default Settings' on my PS4 for some time as it has been acting buggy.
What I wanna know is, what exactly will be deleted? More specifically, will my saved videos be deleted?

I've got quite a few memories attached to those vids, and I don't wanna risk losing them.

(They're about 90gig, so backing them up with PS4's sh*tty connection will take some time. That's why I turned to you guys. Any help?

Keep in mind, not 'Initialize PS4'.

Ok, I've got the answer myself (thanks for nothing you useless community).

Restoring Default Settings does NOT delete any of the stuff on the hard drive. It basically is like an advanced sign out. All your saved data remains intact and so do your videos.
It doesn't solve any problems either...so basically this option is as useless as this community.

If someone has this problem and stumbles upon this thread, I've left the answer for you.

When something which is supposed to be useful isn't useful, it's useless.

Thanks for leaving your info. Yes, videos, capture gallery, themes, downloaded games, and trophies are still retained after resetting default settings on the PS4 , BUT.....
....saved game data is completely erased. Gone. You will lose any progress in existing games that aren't online games.
