What happens in Far Cry 3 when....

Other than getting an achievement, what happens when you collect all 120 relics in Far Cry 3.

I have 119 of them and I missed the one in the cave underneath Dr. Earnhardt's mansion. This relic is no longer available because I already killed Vaas and am on the other island.

I don't think anything happens you get an achievement and some XP.

I've never heard a mention of anyone getting anything different. It's not that important as you will have finished the game by that point anyway.
