Hi,
I bought 1TB of HDD and want to use it properly....But recently there were power cuts and it happened 2 times so I am worried, I would like to know will there be any problem to HDD if power fails? What is the better option to properly manage HDD and my Desktop?

It may or may not develop some bad sectors, some may just be mistaken for bad sectors when the data written on it is the one that's corrupted. With HDD's it's a matter of luck and a regular backup is really important (a hdisk may die suddenly even without the power cuts).

My suggestion to you is either buy a UPS, or do regular backups or (advisably) both.
