What Hard Drive Adapter do I need

It uses an industry standard Sata Data & Power connections; nothing special here.
Any sata cable will do as even sata3 is backwards compatible with sata1, just connect it up.
Same with an external enclosure, just make sure its sata and not atapi/ide.
 
Its a Sata based hard drive by reading the model number of the drive.

When you say an adapter, what are you wishing to connect it to.

If to an older system that uses long flat grey cables it will be a Sata to IDE interface.
For Usb a, Sata to usb 2.0 or 3.0 interface.

If moving the drive outside of the computer case and connecting it to the back I/O panel an E-sata to sata interface.
