What hard drive can take OptiPlex GX620

Hello,
can i fix the following hard drive to my OptiPlex GX620:

250GB WESTERN DIGITAL SATA HARD DRIVE FOR DESKTOP PC
FULLY WORKING 250GB SATA HARD DRIVE 3.5" FOR DESKTOP PC

According to Dell, this PC has one SATA2 port and one IDE controller (supports 2 IDE drives), so odds are you can use the drive, but if your current drive is on the sata port, you will need to remove it to install this one.

Like Hawkeye said you can replace the main drive but if you want to put both drives in you could pick one of these up from TigerDirect (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5337111&CatId=468) which will allow you for only $20 to convert your IDE header to a sata one, of course you will be out a DVD drive if it is using the IDE header on the board. Plus you need to consider your power supply? do you have enough SATA power connectors to power another drive or will you need to get a Molex to SATA adapter cable.
