[SOLVED] What hardware i should take for productivity?

Hi, im building pc for my friend, and i need a little help. He wants new pc for him and his friends to do progamming. They are working in photoshop, adobe illustrator, unity, android studio, and adobe xd. Should I go with amd or nvidia gpu, and amd or intel cpu. Cpu wont be overclocked.

For production AMD without question offers the best value right now. 2700x would be my choice at the moment
