What hardware should I use for a server?

I am trying to run 2 minecraft servers on a single system. I have 400 dollars to spend on a CPU, motherboard, and other stuff.

I currently have 8gb of ddr3 ram, a 400 W. psu, I already have a case, and I have a few Hdd laying around from dismantled lab tops. Thanks for your help guys!!
