Oh my God ! I bought the Asus x99-A with 5820k. I also got the corsair h100i. I didn't know that LGA 2011 doesn't need any backplate. But there were still place for holes at the back of mobo right behind the CPU. And there were soft cloth like thing instead of solid mobo at those holes places. So I used to screw to force to make a hole.
The computer is booting up but the CPU led blink twice when booting up. But I've installed Ubuntu to try and it's working without issues.
