What HDD / SSD Setup should I go for?

Im going to be using my machine for design work mainly. Cinema 4D / After Effects / Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign.

I have;
- 250 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD
- 500 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD
- 2TB Seagate HDD

Has anyone got any recommended setups to suit the workflow I will be using?
I was thinking of having the OS and Programmes installed to the 250 GB SSD, but past that I would take advice. Some had mentioned RAID arrays, but I'm not sure how I would benefit. Any tips on keeping the system running speedily would be gratefully welcomed.

I would do such:
250 GB EVO = OS Drive partition+Intel SRT (caching of 2TB Partition of HDD) all that important software installed on OS drive
500 GB EVO = temp partition .. all temp folders of Adobe stuff directed here, all projects and visual/video data here.
2TB HDD = Junk partition... all storage grade data here... if used wisely enough caching could be even turned off.

Thats probably typical solution anybody would suggest, RAID 0 would probably benefit a bit more but not sure at this point is it worth the hassle.
At video editing with this setup you would probably pass the point where HDD/SDD speed is limitation anyways... it would be more about CPU imo.
