Question What headphones for gaming?

I’ve been thinking about getting a pair of headphones recently as the only source of sound on my pc are the speakers in my monitor. On my pc I mainly game, watch youtube and listen to music. I would like the headphones to be an around ear design as I wound find that more comfortable. I got average sized ears and my head is about average as well, maybe a bit smaller. The headphones would need to be comfortable to wear for a few hours of gaming at once, so no pain, discomfort or feeling of tightness. I prefer the headphone cups to be a more oval shape than a circular shape. My budget is around £100 so I’d say £70 - £120. Also what’s better for gaming, open back or closed back? And can the pair of headphones that you all suggest be a colour neutral colour. So like black, grey or white.
