Question What Headset To Buy

Hey everyone, I've recently noticed that my wired headset doesn't read the mic in the headset. I want to buy an headset, that will work with the sound and mic. Will a usb/usb c read the mic? Please let me know. If you know any headset that works with the mic, feel free to tell me.
