I'm pretty sure that if you buy two of those and SLI them, you'll get more power than from the 295X2 (R9 290X CrossFire) or the TITAN Z (TITAN Black SLI). That said, the release date is not official yet either. It's probably going to be launched by the end of this year.

gtx 880 is just a rumor, who knows what the name will be. 8xx mobile chip is out in laptops
