just my two cents. Your CPU is outdated back from a 2007 release. Also, the gddr3 version of the gt 730 is actually a rebrand of the gt 630 (kepler version), released back in 2012, and can be compared to the intel hd 4600 (haswell 4th gen integrated graphics). 2gb of ram is also relatively weak. IMO you'd best play 2D games or indie games on Steam or GOG.com platforms. Look up "games you can play with intel integrated graphics", or "budget pc games" at less than $100 dating back before 2007 as a start. Frankly, your platform is more geared to casually play flash games and youtube videos in my opinion.
If you get a 730 for gaming it must be the DDR5 version, not the DDR3 version. Then you'd need to play less demanding games, and at 720p or less. Then you want to look for games designed for dual core, not quad core. Finally, 2gb system ram means no games with large ram requirements. GTA V is an example of a game that you won't be able to play in any practical sense.

What they didn't say, though, is what you'll be able to play.
I've made a list:
DOTA2
LOL
CSGO
World of Warcraft
GTA IV(not sure)

For all these games, you'll have to play on lower graphics to get good FPS.
And for the record DDR2 doesn't matter much. GDDR3 on the GPU does matter. It's much slower than GDDR5.

You won't be able to play GTA IV, it's terribly optimised for his system.
