I just build my new pc and it's not turn on the source it's not working either and I think is a jbat1 problem because I don't have any wire for this

There's only so much we can understand from text. Int his instance you forgot to mention what the make and model of the board is and essentially what the specs to your build is to understand why you're facing the issue you're facing.
