what i need to change in bios for max performance...

I just bought the S3 board with e6600 and 2 sticks of corair value pc2-5300 ddr2-667.

What do I need to change in the bios (ex : ratio of ram...) to achieve better performance, without overclocking like crazy?

If I understand right, my cpu is at 533mhz ( 1066mhz for dual core) but my ram is a 667mhz, so do I need to change the ratio???

Open your MB manual to the section designated BIOS. Find the area designated 'simple'. Read.

Try this site. Just scroll down and find optimal bios settings for your card.

There is also a place to see how the optimal settings for overclocking with your card. Even its in german it is self explaning.

I don't know what settings you need to overclock with those components. I think possibly you should do just a little bit more research outside the forums so you have a little more of an understanding about what you're doing. There are heaps of sites that can help.
You don't need to download any bios files.
