Question What I should upgrade FIRST on my PC to get VR to run smoother?

I have a bit of a limited budget so I'd probably only be able to buy an upgrade for one of the components in my PC at a time, but I'd like to know which one would be the most important to improve performance.

My PC that I got in 2015 or so has:

• Intel Core i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz with Intel HD Graphics 630
• 8GB of ram
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

And I use an Quest 2 with Virtual Desktop to run VR games, and I'm mainly trying to make it work for VRChat which has resulted in tons of stuttering and crashes depending on the amount of stuff that it has to render. LMK if I'm leaving something out that I should include and sorry if I did.

I would focus on adding 8 gb ram. If the budget permits, a better video card....
