GTX 460
8GB (2X4GB) RAM DDR3 1333MHz

Hi and thanks for answering, i was thinking of a 4690k and a 750 ti or similar with a 500w+ psu for next year. Will that make a difference?
The CPU upgrade is more of a sidegrade then actual upgrade. The GPU upgrade will make the biggest difference for now and then continue to save as you'll want a platform upgrade (CPU/MB/RAM). With newer versions of AMD Ryzen CPU's coming out you can usually find the first/second gen CPU's for fairly cheap.

Maybe will think of that depending of the situaton next year, found some ryzen 3 very cheap 2nd hand. Maybe for now i will focus on the gpu because it's old. I'm thinking of AMD GPUs since they are at a pretty cheap price on 2nd hand. How much time you think the i5 4590 will keep for light gaming and vegas pro video editing paired with a 750 ti or rx 460?

Newer games are using more then 4 cores but the 4590 still has very good performance per core so gaming and video editing should be ok. As for the GPU the RX 460 is the better choice then the GTX 750 ti.

Ok, i will focus on the GPUs since they are very cheap in my country. As for the PSU, what's the minimum that you recommend for that GPUs considering the cpu,ram...?
