What if i have too High voltage at AMD 965 ?

So ... as you know AMD Phenom II 965 have a high voltage without any overclock but when i oc it ... from 3,40 to 4,10 i must have a 1.512V to be stable.

Other infos:
My motherboard: ASUS M5A97 Evo R2.0
My cooler: Noctua nh-d14 ( keep my CPU 38C Idle )
Prime Time: 2Hours

My Question:
It's there any problem if i have this voltage ? ( i have a friend who have an intel i5 OC to 4,3 and it have only 1,1V ...

you will be fine with that voltage. i run 4.042 @ 1.52 and have no issues. just stay under 1.55V or you will damage the CPU.

voltage creates heat, i wouldn't go much higher than 1.5v

Stock voltage (vid) can vary up to 1.5v on those chips. You are hardly out of spec. AMD chips, being made of leaky silicon as they are, prefer higher voltage and lower temps. So just keep it cool, and let it perform.
