What speed is your RAM actually running at? Mixing 2400 & 3000mhz probably means it only runs at 2400mhz. What stands out to me is the poor quality psu, the miss matched RAM and only then would I look at possible gpu upgrades. I would not upgrade the gpu until getting a decent psu but any FPS gains will likely be held back by RAM running at 2400mhz.
