[SOLVED] What increases TBW in SSD ?

I got mine for like 2-3 months and already have 2tb written even though i do nothing besides playing 2 games.I often clear junk files and thats it.Is it too much ?

This is the first time you've looked at that TBW number?

You're looking at a single snapshot in time.
The first few weeks or months, it gets a lot of writes. You're setting things up, installing, deleting.

That use curve flattens out after a little while.

2TB in 2 months may turn out to be 3TB in 6-8 months.
Monitor that use over time. Weekly at most.

Also, how the malware situation? What else do you have running on this system?

10 TBW per year seems 'average' based on my own TBW values IMO...(agree 100% with above, there will be lots of writes quickly because of OS/application installs, Windows and app updates, etc., but, it slows down to about 60-80 GB per month....unless you do a LOT of video surfing/storing, editing, etc...
