I'm about to buy 》》 Intel Core i5-8500 Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.0 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series). Will it be compatible with any of these DDR4 RAM?

Will work with any of them, however it has more to do with the MB.

If you get a Z370 MB you can use any of them, but DDR4 3000 or 3200 is plenty.

The Motherboards dictate what the ram speeds are.

Usually 3000/32000mhz are the sweet spots. Above 3200, diminishing return of value kicks in and the ptrice to performance improvement is minimal.

I have a similar build with G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-3200 and it works really well. I think your performance gains beyond 3200 (or maybe beyond 2667) starts to really diminish, depending on the workload. Like gaming performance is probably about the same. Other tasks may see a larger benefit.
