What is "0dB Fan" on my Graphics card mean?

Hi, have just got a Strix GTX 1080ti OC it has two sections for external fans and one section for external RGB lighting.

I don't know what 0dB Fan means it's on the GPU tweak software that Asus provides, should it be something I have on/off?

I have it in OC mode and use it for video editing and gaming.

0dB is zero decibel. It means no noise, quiet.

0dB as said before is zero decibel. Virtually no noise made from the card. It will turn the fans off in this mode to bring the noise down.

When your PC is in idle mode, your fan will either turn off, or spin at a very slow speed. Make sure to let your fans run their normal speeds when things get hot and need to be cooled.
