What is 512ssd equal to in hdd

A 512GB SSD has the same amount of space as a 512GB HDD. The only difference is speed, where the SSD is much faster.

SSD capacity is the same as HDD capacity. A 512GB SSD has the same storage capacity as a 512GB HDD.

SSDs can read / write much faster than HDD so faster boot up times and programs launch faster.
