3 Exhaust Fans and 3 Intake or 5 Intake and 1 Exhaust? 1/6 fans is a 200mm

3 of both should result in better temperatures for primary components like the GPU and CPU. 5 intake and one exhaust will keep more dust out and because of the positive air pressure, more air will reach tight corners (such as up by the hard drives) better.

Concentrate in intakes behind filters, that will keep your case cleaner.

A good 200mm front intake fan and a 120mm rear exhaust is all you generally need.
