What is a better Heatsink?

I am an AMD user with an Athlon 64 x2 processor 6000+. I am planning to buy a new heatsink since I noticed that the stock fan can't handle the heat and is very noisy. The choices that I have is Gigabyte X-Power or Gigabyte G-Power 2 (NOT PRO). BTW I am living here in the Philippines and obviously can't buy online. XD

the gpower directs some of the exaust onto the voltage converters i believe is in that area. personally i neverliked that idea , ggo with the x-power, the exaust goes out the back of the case and nowhere else
