What is a better power supply?

I have been looking between two PSUs for my first build and I was wondering which one is better.
Either the

1.Rosewill HIVE 750W 80+ Bronze, Fully Modular PSU

2.SeaSonic G series SSR-650, 650W 80+ Gold, Modular PSU

I know that for higher end components, SeaSonic is much better but for this is it worth spending more money for lower wattage?

the seasonic is a tier 2 psu and the rosewill is a tier 3.

seasonic is the best name in the business and out of those 2 psus has the better efficiency rating.

650w is plenty for anything that isnt crossfire/sli. i would pay the extra for the tier 2 psu. i always do.

But the Seasonic is the better of the two.

One of the good Rosewill series is CAPSTONE . The HIVE series are on a lower tier.
