So i finally figured out how to install the Netgear driver that so many have problems with, i had to edit my registry due to it preventing me from updating any of my drivers.

Anyway here we go, so i was going through the advaced settings where you can enable and disable many things such as Multimedia/Gaming PFM on/off and more

but what i really want to know and fully understand there is a setting in there called "EDCCA" (no typo i double checked) i searched the internet for 3 hours trying to find some sort of hint of what this is and what it does and why i would either need to enable it or disable it, right now its default is disabled what is this for and what is PFM for in a way you could tell a 3rd grader, im more worried about the EDCCA because theres nothing on the internet when i searched it i kept getting something about 7's and trees and pyramids and crap which was confusing

Edit: My wifi adapter is a Netgear A6210 with the lastest driver if that helps any

Solution
EDCCA stands for Enhanced Detectable Chosen Ciphertext and Applications.

Its goal is to prevent a Chosen-ciphertext attack

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chosen-ciphertext_attack.

A chosen-ciphertext attack (CCA) is an attack model for cryptanalysis where the cryptanalyst can gather information by obtaining the decryptions of chosen ciphertexts. From these pieces of information the adversary can attempt to recover the hidden secret key used for decryption.
