I really want to upgrade from a Radeon 7750 to a Nvidia GTX 650Ti, but I'm almost certain my 250W PSU can't handle it. I want to do this so my fathers PC (identical to mine, with the exception of my Corsair RAM) this Radeon 7750, and I could have the 650Ti as I LOVE how PhysX looks, but my current PC can't handle it, even if I forced it to CPU.

My current set up:

AMD Phenom II x4 840T @2.9GHz (Can't OC on this board - would melt with stock cooler anyways)
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP 1866 (running at 1333)
Crappy motherboard that came in this PC (Some sort of cheepo Foxconn as far as I can tell)
Asus Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
250W PSU
Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM

Actually Seasonic makes 400w and 460w 80 Plus Platinum certified fanless units but they are over the OP's budget.
😉

For $64.99 go with a SeaSonic S12II 430B 430W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

The XFX I recommended is the exact same platform internally and $42...........

Alright, I think I've made my decision. I'm going to get the Corsair CX430m, as I trust Corsair and I really like the modular feature, and it looks really nice. Thanks for all the answers! Its been really helpful.
