What is a good blue LED 120mm case fan?

I just recently built my PC. It has 3 fan slots and only 2 are being used. The fans are pretty noisy and when I touch my PC its warm. My old PC never was warm to the touch. I want 3 120mm fans for cheap that are quiet and work good.

i like these coolermaster fans,but i generally use them with a fan controller to control the speed,at max speed they have great airflow but can be a bit noisey,i have found that the very quiet fans with great airflow are not cheap,i will add a second link for a pair of cheap LED fans that are quiet but have lower airflow,
