What is a good budget gaming mouse?

Hello. I am looking for a cheap gaming mouse that is good. I see an AZIO GM 2400 at Fry's for $20 but price matcheable to $15 with Newegg. Is there a better gaming mouse than this? I have some criteria for the mouse.
1. Cheap price. I am willing to go up to $30
2. I do not need a very high DPI like 4000
3. DPI changing button
4. One or two extra side buttons
5.Preferably smaller
6. Preferably, be available at frys or best buy, If not, that is fine.

I would really appreciate if you suggest me a mouse that follows most of these criteria. Here is a link to the AZIO mouse. Please say if it is any good.

Logitech G400s. In my country it's available for around 30$ and I must say it's the best you get at that price.

The logitech one is more well-known but I saw the cobra mouse and it looks pretty cool so I thought I would just show it to you.
