I am a first timer for pc building and I was thinking of having a 800-900USD build. My parts would have consisted of :
-Ryzen 5 3600
-B450/X470/X570 motherboard
-16GB 3200-3600GHz ram
-256-512gb m.2 ssd
-1-2TB hdd
-Nvidia GTX1660Ti/2060 Super
-650W PSU
-Any RGB case
-Windows 10 Home OS
If you think there could be any changes or a more suitable budget and you could tell me that would be great! Thnx!😁

Solution
Ummm... i dont really know i need suggestions because im a first timer.
I see. You can drop to a R5 2600 rather than a 3600. It saves you around 60 in the CPU and expands the motherboards you can use to the cheaper end. However you may need better RAM than the one I listed, because I have a set of that RAM and have nothing but issues until I swapped it.

can I ask what you’ll be doing on this and if it’s gaming at what resolution and what is your monitors refresh rate?

1080p is fine I’ll just edit the parts list for that. What type of work?

5700 vs. 2060 Super which is btr

Down to price really. The 2060 super is a little faster but you’re only on 1080p and it’s $100 more expensive. It’s not $100 better if you get what I mean. Plus you’re paying the RTX tax which the 2060 Super really can’t do anyway.

I’m a fan of last gen hardware I bought a Vega 56 Strix for £260 but the deals over there aren’t as good you need a good cooler for Vega and it’s over the price of the better 5700 to get a good cooler.

That’s actually pretty good. Would bump your budget to over a grand but from what I know the only thing that outright spanks the 1080Ti is the 2080Ti which costs over a grand or is a Titan that costs over 2 grand.
Ok i am actually from Singapore and there is a place which sells new parts very cheap so it could fit into my budget.
