What is a good and stable psu for the 1060 3gb.( paired with i5 6600k and 3SSD 1HDD)

Power draw of the system is about 200w max. Any decent PSU with the required connectors is sufficient. From your list the Cooler Master (if it's the full range version) and MSI are best. Just get the cheapest of those two units.
