What is a good PSU for this build?

I've asked this before, but I wasn't sure if I was understood correctly. And for some reason the extreme outervision calculator hasn't been working for me. So I'd like to be sure, since I'd like to get a quality PSU for keeps.

CPU Intel Core i7-4770 Quad-Core
Motherboard Asus z87-Pro ATX
RAM G.Skill Ripjaws X 16GB (8gb x 2) 1600
SSD Crucial M500 120gb
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200
Case Cooler Master 690 III

I plan to use this PC for creative purposes, primarily using Maya, Photoshop, etc along with a mid-sized Wacom tablet. I'll also use a CM Hyper 212 Plus for the CPU. And in the future I may get a Quadro 2000 GPU, which a kid person said only uses 62W. oh, I may play a few games, but very low-end games.

I've been considered a Seasonic X Series X650 Gold, but I think my build idles a little less than 100W. What do you guys think? Any other suggestion? Does the power usage during "idle" matter much?

Also, if my build idles at 90W and maxes at 230W, what's a good PSU? 650W is too much?

Seasonic offer great psus and whilst it may be a bit large(could you get smaller seasonic psu?) you'll have piecé of mind with a solid unit.
