There are a couple 120mm options on the link sent earlier.Up to your friend's budget. Both SR-71 and I agree that Corsairs are the way to go.

Thanks. Since three fans are so expensive he may want RBG fans. Are the Thermaltake Riing 12 pack of thee RGB fans with the controller any good?

The Riing are decent fans I have the 140mm whites., but never used the fan controller version.
